The binding agreement between Progression Labs and everyone who uses the site or buys our products. Covers eligibility, research-use-only designation, warranties, liability, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.progressionlabs.org and any products purchased from Progression Labs, LLC ("Progression Labs", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution acquiring products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.

2. Research-use-only designation

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or animal consumption. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of products in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional protocols.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

Member pricing is displayed to signed-in accounts. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Warranties & disclaimers

Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Certificates of analysis describe the tested lot and are not a warranty of suitability for any specific research application.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progression Labs's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
