Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, retain, transfer, and protect your personal information — with CCPA/CPRA and US state privacy, GDPR/UK legal bases, Global Privacy Control, and children's-data disclosures.

All legal documentsLast updated: June 27, 2026 · PRIVACY-V1.1

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, account credentials, shipping and billing details, order history, and the contents of messages you send us) and information collected automatically (device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies). We do not intentionally collect special-category or sensitive data.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Site, create and manage accounts, process and fulfill orders, apply member and bundle pricing, communicate with you, send service and (where permitted) marketing messages, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and services.

3. Legal bases (EU/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance (to fulfill your orders), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Site and prevent fraud), consent (for certain cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (to meet record-keeping and compliance duties).

4. Sharing & disclosure

We share information with service providers acting on our behalf under contract — including payment processors, hosting, analytics, email, and shipping/fulfillment partners — and with authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, and the public. We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Sale/sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not 'share' personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that requires opt-out beyond the controls described here. Where applicable, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights (CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state laws; UK/EU GDPR). To exercise any right, contact us at support@progressionlabs.org; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

Our services are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data (COPPA). If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws, and where required we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Retention, security & changes

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users and authorities of a data breach where required by law. We may update this policy by posting a new version with a revised date.
