We do not intentionally collect special-category or sensitive data.

Our services are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data (COPPA). If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws, and where required we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
