All legal documentsLast updated: June 27, 2026 · SHIPPING-V1.1

1. Processing & dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed before 2 PM CT on a business day generally ship the same day; others ship the next business day. Products are synthesized, packaged, and fulfilled within the United States and ship domestically only.

2. Carriers, rates & cold chain

We ship via tracked, insulated express service. Shipping is complimentary on qualifying orders over $300; otherwise calculated rates are shown at checkout. Temperature-sensitive items ship cold-chain with appropriate packaging. A signature may be required on delivery.

3. Restricted destinations & buyer compliance

We ship only to valid U.S. addresses and may decline to ship to certain jurisdictions, freight forwarders, or addresses we cannot verify. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of the products at your address complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

4. Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is tendered to the carrier. Carrier delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Lost, damaged, refused & undeliverable packages

Report a lost or damaged shipment within 7 days of the delivery or expected-delivery date to support@progressionlabs.org with your order number and photos. Packages refused at delivery, or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, may be subject to reshipment costs, and any temperature-sensitive contents may not be eligible for replacement once the cold chain is broken.
