1. All sales final once shipped
Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of shipped products.
2. Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@progressionlabs.org within 7 days with your order number and photos. Verified cases are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.
